What is the best way to store FRUITEST?

The best place is in refrigerator.

Can I freeze FRUITEST?

We don’t recommend freezing our product because it will change flavour.

How long will FRUITEST last?

It varies by products but generally FRUITEST can be enjoyed within one year after the production. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the can.

Do you use any artificial sweeteners or preservatives?

No, we don’t use any of them. FRUITEST are made only from Japanese fruits.

Are all FRUITEST products made from Japanese fruits?

Yes. We used only fruits grown in Japan and all are selected carefully.

What are the “upcoming” in our product list?

The upcoming products are in the process of developing. If you are interested in any of those products, please click “Waiting List” and register your email address so that we can let you know when the products go on sale.

Where are FRUITEST products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in affiliated factories in Japan.

Any place where I can try FRUITEST?

We don’t have any physical store but sometimes open pop-up stores and events. You can check out such information on our Facebook and Instagram account.

ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Ordering FRUITEST is simple. Add an item to your cart and follow the instructions. If you don’t want to purchase online, please email info@fruitest.jp

Can I use my Amazon account to buy FRUITEST?

Absolutely! Choose Amazon Pay when you check out. Once you sign in your Amazon account, you can use the information of shipping address and credit card you registered on Amazon.

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can choose from credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), Paypal, and Amazon Pay.

Can I pay in installments with credit card?

We only accept lump sum payment. It sometimes takes time to be charged from your bank account. You can check the details with a credit card company.

OTHERS

Will I have to pay duties and taxes when I receive the goods?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Japan. When it arrives in your country, your order may be subject to duties, VAT, and any other types of duties. These costs are not included in the product price. Please contact your local custom office for more information.

Do you include a packing slip in the package?

We send an order confirmation email. Please let us know if you would like to get a physical one.

Do you issue a receipt?

Yes, we do on your request. If you want one, please add notes when you place an order. Basically, a receipt is included in your package. However, when your shipping address is different from billing address, we send the receipt to your billing address.

I haven’t received an order confirmation email. Anything wrong?

An email is supposed to be sent within 10 minutes after you place an order. If you shouldn’t receive one, you can reach out to us through the contact form on our website after checking spam folder. Please make sure that you can receive an email from info@fruitest.jp.

I forgot to order some more, what should I do?

If it’s before shipping, we can include those additional items in your package. Please feel free to let us know through the contact form.

Can I place an order by phone?

Unfortunately, we don’t take any order by phone. If you do not succeed in placing an order on our website, please feel free to reach out to us through the contact form.

I have not received my order yet. Where is it?

You can check where your order is by the tracking number. If you don’t receive for a while even after the estimated delivery time, it may be caused by local laws/regulations. Please make sure to follow those local laws/regulations in a destination country before placing an order.

GIFT & WRAPPING

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Gift set comes with our original gift box. Although we don’t offer a gift wrapping service, please feel free to let us know when you want it. We would love to consider what we can do for you.

Can I buy a gift box?

All of our gift sets are with a gift box. If you want to get one without buying a gift set, please let us know through the contact form. We can sell one.

Do you sell gift cards?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any gift card.

When my shipping address is different from billing address, do you include a packing slip?

We include a packing slip only when you make a special request. You can see how to make a request in the question above.

Can the recipient tell who is the sender?

The recipient can see the sender name on its delivery slip. The name is what you fill out when you place an order.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in Japan can be shipped by EMS, SAL Parcel, or SAL Small Packet Registered. Depending on the size and shape of the items in your order, you may not be able to choose some shipping methods.

Can you ship to another address?

Yes! Please fill out a shipping address when you place an order.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we don’t handle it. Please place different orders by shipping address. If you have too many, please let us know those shipping addresses, zip codes, and names through the contact form.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel only before shipping.

What’s your return policy?

If an item arrives in an unsuitable condition or you receive an item you didn’t order, please contact us through the form. Once we confirm the damaged or wrong item, we will offer a refund.
