Kyoho Grapes are the original premium grape variety, and it’s also the favorite of grape farmers from Yamanashi Prefecture, known as the fruit kingdom. Although it’s been over a half century since this variety was registered, its taste has always captured people’s taste buds and its popularity hasn’t faded away. We use the Kyoho grapes from Makioka Area in Yamanashi City. Those are a traditional kind with seeds and they especially taste exceptional. We made this product with great attention to the balance of the moderate sweetness and the tartness that enhances the flavor profile.

INGREDIENT

Since Kyoho Grapes was registered over 60 years ago, many other new grape varieties have been introduced. However, Kyoho Grapes still maintain its strong popularity. There’s a reason why many grape farmers from Yamanashi say with one voice “Kyoho tastes the best after all”.

PLACE OF ORIGIN

Makioka Area” is the mecca of Kyoho Grapes. It sits on a south-facing slope with the altitude of over 600m, and the temperature difference between day and night is big. This area has those excellent conditions and the farmers in this area have been consistently growing delicious seeded Kyoho grapes for a very long time.

PRESERVATION METHOD Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. “Best Before” date is one year after the production date. See bottom of can. Although we remove seeds manually, some seeds may be present. After opening, seal and comsume as soon as possible. Refrigeration recommended after opening. Please note that product specifications, etc. may change without prior notice.
