Kyoho Grapes are the original premium grape variety, and it’s also the favorite of grape farmers from Yamanashi Prefecture, known as the fruit kingdom. Although it’s been over a half century since this variety was registered, its taste has always captured people’s taste buds and its popularity hasn’t faded away. We use the Kyoho grapes from Makioka Area in Yamanashi City. Those are a traditional kind with seeds and they especially taste exceptional. We made this product with great attention to the balance of the moderate sweetness and the tartness that enhances the flavor profile.
